HP Media Vault mv2010 Review

March 22, 2008

Last month, my dad took a browse through the bargain section at the local Best Buy and snagged a HP Media Vault mv2010 (300GB) for $150. When he brought it home, I didn’t realize what this thing was. Once I found out it was a NAS, I didn’t feel like holding onto it as I had my eyes on Apple’s new Time Capsule instead (the thought of wireless Time Machine backup really appealed to me). However, since the original price was $100 more, I figured I’d give it a chance.

Audio-Technica ATH-CK7 Review

January 27, 2008

Ever since being spoiled by the high quality of audio put out by in-ear earphones such as the Etymotic Research ER-6is, I couldn’t go back to cheap earbuds. When my pair of ER-6is eventually died (even after I tried to salvage them), I had my eye on the Audio-Technica ATH-CK7s I came across on AudioCubes.

Sumo Omni – Review

Sumo Omni - Front
In my other post about the Sumo Omni, I said that I would write a review on it because I felt that I should have my 2 cents on this unique piece of “furniture”. Well the Omni arrived a week ago and I must say that I am very pleased with the quality and function that can come out of something loosely labeled as a beanbag!

Drakengard 2

September 7, 2006

Drakengard 2 coverIt’s been 6 days since my last post and I owe it all to this game. I dropped by my local EB store on Sunday and found a used copy of Drakengard 2 for $15. I was actually hyped about the first installment after looking at some previews on The Magic Box, but never bothered to pick it up because it was released in what was a real busy time for me. I wasn’t even aware a sequel was made.
