I’ve finally finished up my ‘Wii Friend Number‘ Facebook application and released it to the public. This app allows you to easily share your Wii Friend/Console Number with your friends on Facebook through the following means:
- It displays a box/badge on your Facebook profile with your Console Number
- There is a page which lists the console numbers of your friends on Facebook who have also installed the application and entered their numbers
Although this sort of application has been created by another developer, I feel that mine is simpler, but I just really created this to learn more about php/mysql and what it was like to develop a small project like this.

I love the app. but I found a needed option: I just had a friend that I invited post a Wii number of N/A and I cannot seem to find a way to remove them as a Wii Friend to keep my Wii friend screen from getting full of N/A Friends. Is there a way to remove them as a Wii friend? Is that something you would add if there is not currently? Wouldn’t it make sense to have N/A Friends show in a different list so that you don’t end up asking them again? Also when adding friends I could only see the first 20 friends in any given category. Is there a way to see the rest of them, or do I need to search by name to see the remaining in the list? (that would seem inconvenient)
