Free Joost Invites

As you can see in the screenshot below, I have 999 invites to give away. If you want one, just leave a comment with an email and I’ll fire one your way.

For those who don’t know, Joost is the current buzz of the internet. It’s another creation by the same people behind Skype and they’re aiming to bring TV to your computer via the internet, and its looking very promising.

EDIT: Ed has just sent me an email saying that Joost for the Mac requires an Intel Mac which I forgot to mention. If you’re a Mac user, be sure you have an Intel Mac before you request an invite. Windows users are fine if you have a recently purchased computer.

Just played along with it for a few minutes and I must say that I am impressed… good quality, fast speed (and I am only at a 1000Megabit connection) and a nice (but overcrowded) interface.
I am looking forward to seeing how Joost will improve even more.

@Mike: It is pretty good quality for streaming video which buffers fast, but a lot of times the connection will seem intermittent. I’ve heard it was worse in the past but it is still in beta stages.
