Adobe Creative Suite 3

This has had to have been the fastest shipping time I’ve ever received on anything I’ve ever ordered. I pre-ordered an educational copy of Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Standard about a week ago. Maybe they shipped pre-orders earlier (who knows), but yesterday I got the email saying that Adobe CS3 was shipping. By this afternoon, it arrived in the mail!

I’m eager to install it to see how the other applications (besides Photoshop) run in Universal Binary. Before I installed it though, I took some pictures while unboxing:

I decided to go with the Design Standard package because it was the cheapest alternative for me in which I could obtain both Photoshop and Illustrator. I will probably take up InDesign since it is also included in the package, looks like a neat app for print design.

Update: I also took a few screenshots of Illustrator in case anybody hasn’t seen what it’s like for this version yet.

Has anyone else pre-ordered CS3 and received it?
